Gretchen Rossi has always denied claims of having plastic surgery. In fact, she has recently began working on “The Gretchen Project”, which was created to help women find alternatives to plastic surgery.

According to a recent interview on the Ryan Seacrest show, Heidi Montag claims that "back scoop" surgery was added to the 10 procedures she underwent in one day last November.
