NJ Housewife Teresa and Husband Joe

It seems like we can’t go a week without one of The Real Housewives of New Jersey making the news.  This time its Teresa and her trouble-making hubby Joe Giudice.

A few weeks ago, we told you that Teresa and Joe filed for bankruptcy.  Now, Joe is being charged with forging business partner, Joe Mastropole’s signature on a mortgage document in order to take out another loan and pocket $1 million, court papers charge.

In 2007, Mastropole gave him a $586,000 loan secured by three East Orange, NJ, buildings.  Giudice only repaid $300,000 and the balance was due December 2007.  Instead of paying, Giudice forged a June 2007 document stating the mortgage was paid.

Mastropole won an Oct. 23, 2009, judgment in his case, which is now in dispute because the Giudices filed for bankruptcy just days later. They left a trail of debt, including money owed on mortgages and to department stores and a fertility clinic.

While the Giudices’ lawyer claims the documents were signed with Mastropole permission, Mastropole called that a “lie.”

It looks like Teresa needs to take her nose out Danielle’s business and handle her own…
