RHO NY Episode Recap: 3-On-3

The Real Housewives of New York were back for the battle of the Labor Day parties.  Check out the highlights from 2^nd episode:

• Luann received a visit from her former nanny Rosie.  They had a heart to heart and Luann discussed life after a divorce.

• Ramona told Mario that Luann was offended by his statements (he called her “Countless”), so he left Luann an unapologetic voicemail inviting her to the dinner party and to discuss their quarrel.  Jill, feeling “between a rock and a hard place”, also refused to attend the party because Mario refused to apologize.

• Kelly arrived at Luann’s picnic with a surprise announcement…she’s posing for Playboy! (surprised?)  Anyway, Jill chose not to give her real opinion because she didn’t want to be judgmental.  But she really didn’t think it was appropriate for Kelly to pose naked for Playboy.

• In the meantime, Bethenny, Ramona and Alex gathered at Ramona’s for a dinner party.  Bethnny was worried about seeing Alex because she didn’t choose her logo design. She was also nervous about seeing Jill for the first time since their gripe.

• The peacemakers Alex and Simon left Ramona’s party early to attend Luann’s picnic to avoid any conflicts…but that didn’t stop Ramona from getting upset and forcing them to stay.

• Bethenny and her man, Jason, decided to take the next step and move into together.

Our opinion:

Mario was wrong..and he should have apologized.  There’s nothing wrong with Kelly posing for Playboy.  She has a nice body, why not show it off?  The whole Jill versus Bethenny is getting old already.  It’s sad to see the two of them going back and forth, especially after they had such a good relationship.  The best thing to do in their situation is to stop talking to everyone else about their issues and talk to each other.    On a bright note, it is good to see Bethenny happy…she and Jason seem to have a really good relationship.
